Navarasa - The color of Emotions was a fashion show event held in association with the Hollywood movie DAM999 at Gold Souk , Cochin on 10th January 2010. The cast and crew launch of the movie which held together with the fashion show added more beauty and glitter to that evening. The venue was crowded with prominent personalities from various fields. Cochin, the commercial capital of Kerala marked this event with golden letters in the pages of her history.

The fashion show showcased Navarasa collection from Rehane, a renowned fashion designer from Chennai. As the movie portrays the concept of Navarasa, the fashion show was also based on the same theme. Each character in the movie DAM999 represents one of the 'Rasas' and each rasa has a color associated with it. The collection showcased 54 outfits, six each in nine different colors corresponding to the nine rasas (nine emotions) and presented in nine rounds by 12 models. Alesia Raut, supermodel of the fashion world was the main attraction of the evening. Apart from being famous as a model, Alesia Raut is also famous for the role that she handled in the Bollywood movie "Fashion". Outfits of colors like Orange, Red, Green, White, Blue, Grey, Black, and Yellow were worn by the models in different rounds. The cast and crew of the movie were introduced to the public through this occasion.

Worldwide Media Pvt. Ltd., a 50:50 joint venture owned by The Times of India group and BBC Worldwide had extended their association with this event through Grazia and Hello! by becoming the official magazine partner for the function. Other media partners associated with it were Galatta.com - a complete Indian movie portal as the online media partner, Red FM as the radio partner and Rosebowl as the TV partner.
